The European Commission invites participation in the public consultation on the future budget of the European Union and the policies that should be supported in the multiannual financial framework for 2028-2034. The consultation is open until 6 May 2025. <\/p>\n

The initiative covers EU funds implemented in co-operation with Member States and regions, namely in the fields of cohesion policy, common agricultural policy, fisheries and maritime policy, home affairs and trans-European networks.<\/p>\n

According to the European Commission, the aim of organising these topics is to facilitate preparatory work without compromising the structure of future programmes.<\/p>\n
