AMIF 2030 launches call for mental health training

A call is now open for training actions in the field of mental health, targeting professionals and volunteers working with applicants for and beneficiaries of international and temporary protection.

The Managing Authority of AMIF 2030 has launched the call FAMI2030-2025-23 – Promoting mental health – training for professionals and volunteers.

This support falls under Specific Objective 1 – Asylum of the AMIF 2030 Programme and aims to strengthen the asylum and reception system in Portugal by enhancing and training professionals and volunteers working with applicants for and beneficiaries of international and temporary protection.

Eligible activities include:

  • Training of professionals and volunteers (mandatory action);
  • Events for sharing good practices and exchanging experiences, at national or international level;
  • Preparation and dissemination of pedagogical or informational materials to support the above initiatives.

These actions target professionals and volunteers directly involved in the reception, accommodation and integration of applicants for and beneficiaries of international and temporary protection.

Eligible applicants

Public and private non-profit entities, or equivalent, may apply individually or in cooperation, under a partnership modality.

Application period

Applications are open from 30 June 2025 until 6:00 p.m. on 29 August 2025.
